Prabhas has, in a short span of time, become on of the most well known names in Tollywood.
Prabhas started his movie career with Eeshwar in 2002 about a poor boy falling in love with a rich girl.
In 2003, he was seen as the lead in Raghavendra.
Varsham (2004) reversed his fortunes. He was cast opposite Trisha Krishnan.
In Krishna Vamsi’s Chakram (2005) he played a cancer patient.
Chatrapathi (2005), in which he played a refugee, with Shriya Saran was a huge hit.
The movies which followed like Pournami (2006), Yogi (2007) and Munna (2007) failed to perform.
Prabhas was seen in Billa in 2009, which is a reworked Telugu version of the hugely successful Don. The movie also stars Anushka Shetty and Namitha.
